• Searches: the names and domains you search, the extensions you choose, your messages to the AI name finder and the names it suggests. For signed-in users these are kept as your search history and saved domains.
• Allowance records: a hashed (one-way) form of your IP address, used to count the free daily checks. We do not need the raw IP address for this.
• Usage data: activity logs, feature usage, error logs, and session metrics.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and standard server access logs.
• Billing records: purchase history, subscription status, and invoices. Payment card details are processed directly by compliant third-party payment gateways and are never stored on our servers.

3. How We Treat Your Searches

The names you search are used to answer your search, count your daily allowance, show your history, and improve the service.

• No front-running: We do not register, reserve or resell names you search for, and we do not sell or pass your searches to registrars, domain investors or anyone else who might.
• Lookups: To check a name we query DNS and the registries' public RDAP and WHOIS services, as any domain lookup does. These queries do not include your account or IP address.
• AI name finder: Your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate names. We send the text of the conversation only, not your account details.
• Affiliate links: When you click a Register or Make an offer link, you go to a third-party site (such as Namecheap). That site may know you came from us through an affiliate code. What you do there is governed by its own privacy policy.
• De-identified metrics: Aggregated data that cannot reasonably be linked to you, such as which extensions are searched most, may be used to improve the service.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information strictly to: operate and deliver core services, verify identity, credit balances and daily allowances, process payments, provide customer support, detect and prevent abuse or fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve product performance.

5. Data Retention and Cleanup

• Search history and saved domains: Kept while your account is active, and removed when you delete your account.
• Allowance records: Hashed IP records are kept only as long as needed to enforce daily limits and prevent abuse.
• Account data: Retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed, except where retention is required for legal, financial, or security compliance.

6. Third-Party Services

Operating the service involves third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI models, domain data (registries and RDAP/WHOIS services), payment processing, email delivery, and analytics. Each provider accesses only the data strictly necessary for its function and is bound by confidentiality agreements.

7. Security and User Responsibility

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards. Users remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

8. Your Rights
